  • Can I request any customizations?
    We do accept some customizations on select signs in our collection, however, we may reject certain customizations depending on the request.
  • Can I add something else or edit my order after it’s placed?
    We are not able to edit items to orders that have already been submitted. This is a security feature to protect your credit card transaction. Our system does not store your credit card on file; therefore, extra items cannot be added to or removed from an order. We are also unable to combine orders together after they have been placed to qualify for free shipping. Please double check that your cart is complete and accurate before making your purchase, as all sales are final.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Customers have 24 hours to cancel their order. Please double check that your cart is complete and accurate before making your purchase, as all sales are final. If you need to make modification to a customized sign, please contact us right away. Modification request may be rejected.
  • I am sending a gift, will there be an invoice included?
    Please indication that the sign is a gift upon checking out by informing us in "note to seller" box or contact us right away. We will do our best to assist you!
  • Do you offer Gift Cards?
    Yes! They are e-gift cards that are sent via email. The email provided on the order is the email that will receive the gift card. You can then print or forward the gift card to the recipient. Gift Card amount will start at $25 minimum. You can find them here!
  • What do I do if I received a damaged or broken product?
    Damaged or broken product must be unused and reported within 1 week of delivery. We encourage you to open your packages when you receive them to ensure the quality of each product. Please email us at patrick@luminarysigns.com and be sure to include: Your Name Order Number Photos of the damaged product, as well as the shipping container.

  • What is the processing time?
    While we cannot guarantee delivery times and dates, unless otherwise agreed upon, we hope the information below helps! We ship orders Monday-Friday. Our typical processing time varies 2-8 weeks depending on the sign and number of signs per order. This does not include custom sign orders. We are able to expedite orders by request only! Processing and shipping times may vary due to busy seasons and product launches.
  • Can I change my shipping address for the order?
    Please contact us if you would like to change the shipping address and we will do our best to make that happen.
  • My address was incorrect and now my order is being Returned-to-Sender?
    If an item is Returned-to-Sender due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you as the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item. If you wish to re-ship a returned order, you will be responsible for any reshipment costs. Please double check that all shipping and billing information is accurate before making your purchase.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    YES, we ship worldwide! Please allow additional processing and delivery time, as these packages will need to go through customs, and shipping times will vary. PLEASE NOTE: All of our products will be viewed and purchased online in US dollars. The customer is responsible for all duties and customs, as these vary from country to country. Please contact your customs office in regards to duties, customs, taxes, etc.
  • Do you ship to PO Boxes?
    No we do not.
  • How long does it take for my order to arrive?
    While we cannot guarantee delivery times and dates, unless otherwise agreed upon, we hope the information below helps! We ship orders Monday-Friday. Our typical processing time is 4-8 weeks with an additional 3-5 business days for the sign to ship via UPS. This does not include custom sign orders. Processing and shipping times may vary due to busy seasons and product launches.

    All sales are final. We do not accept returns. Please read all sign descriptions carefully and thoroughly before purchasing. If you have a question about an item, call or email us and we will gladly answer your questions about a sign prior to purchasing. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
  • Price Adjustment Policy
    We do not offer Price Adjustments on previously purchased merchandise. Luminary Signs offers different promotions and pricing weekly, and we encourage you to sign up for our newsletter and follow us on social media to stay most up to date on our sales and their final hours!
